Elijah C. was our first enrolled participant in services. Elijah and his family utilize residential services during the school year and day services during fall, winter, spring, and summer breaks. Through our agency, we provided resources to his mother to attend a free sports camp hosted by Harrison’s Playmakers this summer. During this event, they played football, soccer, and basketball, made s’mores, and received many goodies.
Elijah was one out of a few from the camp who was chosen to receive a sponsored back-to-school shopping spree with Horrible Harry from the Minnesota Vikings. Elijah got drawing paper, colored pencils, markers, and food that he loves. Now he is all set for the school year and is living his life to the fullest potential.
